Our Physical Rejuvenation Detoxification and Fitness program is very demanding and designed for physically active people with a desire to increase their fitness and stamina and improve their overall mental and physical health, and wellbeing.

Participating in a physical rejuvenation detoxification program should be a very unique and personal experience which you may only get one chance in your life to engage in.

The Physical Detox

You will have 5 to 6 hours a day physical exercises which includes aerobic, anaerobic and flexibility training.

The Physical Rejuvenation Program will be run separately from our usual programs so that the participants can receive individual training to achieve the best results for their efforts.

The daily routine, depending on your condition and stamina, will consist of up to 6 hours of physical activities.

Rejuvenation - 3 healthy meals

During your program, we will serve you 3 healthy meals of “Nutritionally Delicious Thai Foods” from our rejuvenation menu. Consisting of whole cereals, eggs, soups, salads, rice, noodles, chicken and fish when partaking in our Physical Detox rejuvenation program. Break Fast will be the biggest portion of the day. Lunch medium to light to prepare for the next training session and dinner medium. You will have less supplements to take (e.g. the colon cleanse formula with the charcoal).

Physical Exercises

(Daily Except Sundays and during the procedure of the liver flush)

  • Warming Up
    Employing an easy warm up of 20 minutes before any training exercises will cause the muscles to loosen up and contract and warm up the deep-lying muscles. It is done by bending and twisting so that the arm and leg muscles are flexed and then relaxed to get the body in proper condition and preparation and protection from the muscle strain that can result from very strenuous exercises. It also stretches the ligaments and various membranes, readiness for athletic activity is increased accelerating the metabolic process of the cells as blood sugar and adrenaline levels have been raised to optimum levels, speeding up reflexes.

  • Running
    Long and short runs starting at a comfortable speed driving up the intensity to raise the body temperature. The purpose of this exercise is to increase your cardio vascular efficiency and endurance.

  • Shadow Boxing
    Excellent for calorie burning, this fun session provides an excellent aerobic workout. Practicing The art of eight limbs, This teaching includes learning to efficiently make use of feet, fists and knees, elbows and pushing with the arms and legs, and wrestling. After learning different sets, one increases the intensity and practices variations of sets to improve tactic, coordination, speed and bodystrength. This exercise is a great cardio vascular workout that makes you sweat. The purpose is that by repetitive practice of the different sets, one absorbs and becomes one with the technique, increasing the ability to defend or attack when in danger more effectively.

  • Physical Strength Training
    Building muscle burns calories more effectively! Building strength, this is one of the primary requirements for agility in Thai Boxing. Body strength increases the ability of the body to improve endurance and speed. During training you will use your own body weight ,weights and other gym equipment to work on different muscle groups and tone the body’s various muscle groups.

  • Yoga
    Stretch, tone and open your body during our daily yoga class. Yoga is ideal for detoxers as the twisting asanas stimulate the internal organs and promote cleansing. Stretch your tired aching muscles and increase your flexibility, with an hour of restorative exercise under the supervision of your trainer. Your trainer will support you and ensure that your body feels great by the end of the session.

  • Bone Strengthening Exercises
    "Muay Thai Kickboxing." Training customs in the early era included bone conditioning, the practice of which entailed kicking and punching the trunks of rubber, banana and palm trees, as well as rolling hard objects against the shins. Now a days most Muay Thai practitioners kick heavy bags and pads to strengthen their shins. Just as muscles grow stronger as a result of the restoration of micro-tears in muscle fibres caused by exercise, so too do bones become denser when they repair after a break. When a bone breaks, the body essentially repairs it by filling the break with calcium, which turns into bone, bone strengthening exercises cause micro-fractures that fill with calcium and become denser and stronger over time.

  • Mind Power
    Will power and intellect are among the necessary qualities every boxer must possess. These skills relate to the level and power of consciousness of the mind, learning to use mind power to coordinate reflexes and speed and to exploit any visible gap to attack or defend..

  • Sparring
    There is nothing like Thai Boxing for burning calories, toning arms and legs and improving co-ordination. Sparring helps to improve your skills, demonstrating your best technical ability and composure, and can be great fun at the same time! Many rounds of free sparring will give you a lot of experience.

  • Skipping Rope
    Skipping is a great cardio vascular workout, similar to jogging and bicycle riding. Ten minutes of jumping rope is roughly the equivalent of running an eight-minute mile. Weighted jump ropes are available for such athletes to increase the difficulty and effectiveness of such exercise. Individuals or groups can participate in the exercise, and learning proper jump rope technique is relatively simple compared to many other athletic activities. The exercise is also appropriate for a wide range of ages and fitness levels.

  • Relaxing the Body
    Therapeutic Massage improves the circulation of the blood and reduces stress, and can form a part of the warm down procedure. Massage improves and accelerates the performance of the nervous system helping the brain to get its commands immediately to the muscles. Having the muscles massaged is a form of exercise. Muscles in any part of the body that have become tight and knotted up from hard work or exercise relax when massaged, and the body becomes more flexible. Thai massage is a great therapeutic way of massage.

  • Thai Herbal Steam
    Thai herbal steam therapy is one of the most efficient methods of ridding the body of toxic wastes through the skin and lungs. The aroma of Thai herbs in combination with essential oils, together with steam, cleans the respiratory tract and pores, promotes blood circulation and has a soothing effect. A herbal steam bath and/or sauna session during your training sessions relieves stress and has a beneficial effect on general well-being. High humidity content and heat improve the skin suppleness. The highly aromatic medicinal herbs quickly absorb into the bloodstream and circulate directly into every tissue of the body, delivering their therapeutic powers to each and every cell. Many different aromatic herbs can be used, but the primary ones are lemongrass, kaffir lime, ginger root, galanga root, basil, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, pepper and mint.

  • Infrared sauna
    The infrared sauna, which is slightly different than a normal sauna. It produces the same rays that come from the sun and filters out the UV radiation. Infrared rays go a little bit into your skin so, without heating you up and the external environment too much, it heats the body up. The high temperature helps lower blood pressure and increase blood circulation. It gets your heart to beat faster, and raises your metabolism a little bit, and you sweat out toxins through the skin.




Our Menu and Nutritional Support

We serve only healthy all-natural juices, foods and supplements with no chemicals, pills, capsules or artificial substances of any kind.

During the pre-fast and rejuvenation periods, you will be served 3 “healthy life” meals per day, consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads and soups, with chicken and fish on request.

Or you may choose from the selections on our raw food menu, which is becoming increasingly popular among our guests. In addition, you will also receive 5 natural supplement and nutritional drinks and 3 fresh juices daily,

On juice-fasting days, you will not consume any solid food, but receive 8 natural supplement and nutritional drinks and 3 fresh juices daily, with a vegetable herb broth in the evening.

Guests are also encouraged to enjoy our selection of organic herbal teas and consume as much water as possible to enhance the cleansing process.

Our many years of experience have shown that this diet is more than enough to get you through the day and make the juice fasting stage of the program more comfortable.

You will be closely monitored on a daily basis however, the program can be adjusted at any time to suit your physical and mental needs.

Daily Colonic Irrigation

Because of our “modern lifestyles” excess toxins and chemicals from the foods we eat, the air we breathe and the water we drink accumulates in the faecal waste (plaque) that line the walls of the colon, (large intestine) causing general ill health over time.

The colonic irrigation is a very gentle water and coffee enema which you do daily in the privacy of your bathroom to flush out the accumulations of plaque. We give you a very thorough information and instruction session prior to your first irrigation.

The Liver Cleanse

On day 4 or 5 of your program you will have a gallbladder and liver cleanse to purge the liver of all the fats, cholesterol deposits, gallstones, poisons, drug residues, and toxic waste it has stored through the years.

The liver is so important to our well-being that many healers maintain it is impossible for most diseases to develop if it is functioning in an efficient, healthy manner – and that an unhealthy liver is very likely to be at the source of most serious health problems.

We can state with certainty that nothing else you do in life – even the colon detox – will result in a greater improvement to your overall health.

Again we deliver a full workshop on the process and benefits of the flush prior to you participating.



The Physical Holistic Program

Throughout the program you will be actively participating in 4 to 5 hours of exercise daily, with group and 1-on-1 sessions available with our trainers. While our resort may be located on one of the most popular tropical islands in the world, your time with us will require your complete motivation and focus as “the more you put-in, the more you get-out”.

For maximum results, we encourage you to participate in all activities and assure you that the results will become visible by the end of the program. Sometimes things get a little worse before they get better, so please accept any minor physical and emotional discomforts you may experience at first, because the results will make these more than worthwhile.

On average, our guests lose between 0.5 and 1.0 kg each day while juice fasting, depending on their physical condition and commitment to the program.
