Combining Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Herbal Cleansing, Shiatsu Massage, Thai Herbal Steams, Dietary Education, Fasting, Colonic Irrigation, Colon Cleansing and extensive Workshops, New Body and Mind offers an unparalleled detox, health and rejuvenation holiday. Far removed from the daily grind and in an atmosphere of peace and natural beauty, your body will be cleansed, the mind calmed and the spirit rekindled.

Our programs are not for the faint hearted and all activities and components are mandatory. Over our 10 years of operation our experience has shown us that only by fully participating in the whole program will you get the results that you are seeking.

New Body and Mind offers 5 basic programs, derived from our Master Plan. One of our Health Consultants will assist you in determining which program is right for you and over a period of 7 to 21 days, our team of practitioners, teachers and certified instructors will guide you through your journey of discovery and recovery.

We offer not only the 'holiday of a lifetime' and an escape from the stress of modern life, but a program for living that will enable you to regain and maintain quality, happiness and control of your everyday life. For optimal success we recommend a minimum program length of 7-10 days as it takes this amount of time to cleanse your body and for your mind to register your new, healthy habits.

Exercise Classes

(Daily Except Sundays)

Please note that the classes offered during each program depend on the Trainer, with the exception of walking and yoga, which is offered daily (except Sundays at all resorts).

  • Walking (I)
    Start the morning each day with an hour long escorted walk through the countryside, through the jungle, or along the beach, with one of our trainers.  Walk at your own pace and enjoy the scenery of Koh Samui, off the beaten track.

  • Yoga (I)
    Stretch, tone and open your body during our 90-minute daily yoga class.  We offer various styles of yoga and all of our teachers are adept at supporting students of all levels.  Yoga is ideal for detoxers as the twisting asanas stimulate the internal organs and promote cleansing.

  • Pilates (I)
    Work on your core strength, while toning you arms and legs.  This is a great form of gentle exercise, promoting the abdominal area and can be easily carried on at home.

  • Stretching (I)
    Stretch your tired aching muscles and increase your flexibility, with an hour of restorative exercise under the supervision of your trainer.  Your trainer will support you and ensure that your body feels great by the end of the session.

  • Thai Boxing (I)
    There is nothing like Thai Boxing for burning calories, toning arms and legs and improving co-ordination.  Work in a group, or one to one with your trainer and feel the difference in one hour!

  • Weight Training (I)
    Building muscle, for males or females, assists the body in more effectively burning calories.  Our fun session uses weights and other gym equipment to work on different muscle groups and tone the body’s various muscle groups.

  • Aerobic Dance (I)
    Wake up your body with an hour of aerobics to some of our favorite dance tunes.  Excellent for calorie burning, this fun session provides an excellent aerobic workout as well as working the arms, legs and stomach.

  • Fit ball (I)
    Our Fit bal class works to tone the whole body, using a very large ball!  This is a deceptively challenging toning class and one that goes down well with clients of all ages.

  • Volleyball (I)
    The classic beach game!  Inject some fun into your training and join your fellow detoxers on the beach for a game of volleyball.  Suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages.
