We offer not only the holiday of a lifetime, an escape from the stress of modern life, but a program for living that will enable you to regain and maintain quality, happiness and control of your everyday life.
The program includes a fasting schedule for a minimum of 7 days. Fasting means that you will not be eating during this period of time and giving your body the chance to cleanse itself from all toxins that are built up over the years.
You will have 3 healthy meals per day, consisting of soups, salads, rice, noodles, chicken and fish when you are not fasting.
You will have less supplements to take (e.g. the colon cleanse formula with the charcoal).
You will have a daily supplement schedule to follow to ensure the necessary intake of vitamins, minerals and nutrition that your body needs to operate during the fast.
These supplements are all natural and assist in the detoxification of your body and the excretion of residue built up in your intestines (which is important for the weight loss program).

In the evening, you will have a vegetable broth for dinner during the fast. When you are not fasting, you will have 3 healthy meals.
When it comes to the matter of health than there is nothing better than colon cleansing.
There are some major health related issues relating to the benefits of colon cleanse and the worst part of it is that most of us are unaware.
On day 4 of your program, you will have the option to do a liver flush procedure. A full explanation will be given before commencing the program.
When we talk about "Breaking the fast", we talk about introducing solid food to your system after a fast.
You can break the fast ideally in the morning or at lunch.
You will have papaya in the morning, pumpkin soup in the afternoon and a salad in the evening.
There are 3 main exercises that you will participate in on a daily basis: a morning walk, yoga and stretching and an afternoon exercise to stimulate weight loss and muscle toning.
Last but certainly not least are the daily educational workshops. We give you an insight on how to change your lifestyle, how to eat healthy, how to handle emotions and how to deal with stress. When starting the program, you will get an introduction on how the program works and one of our health consultants will do a complete health assessment to ensure that we can assist you during the program in the best ways possible.
